Age 18‑25 years. Qualification depends on trade/discipline: ITI trades (Xth + ITI), SSLC (Xth), HSE/ITI (XIIth/ITI), Diploma (engineering/technology), Graduation (BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA etc.), Post‑Graduation (MA Hindi).
