The Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) has announced 2,615 Group C vacancies for Tradesman Mate, Fireman, Junior Office Assistant, Multi‑Tasking Staff and Material Assistant.

Vacancies

• Tradesman Mate – 1,799 posts
• Fireman – 508 posts
• Junior Office Assistant – 104 posts
• Multi‑Tasking Staff – 142 posts
• Material Assistant – 50 posts

Eligibility

• Age 18‑25 years for Tradesman Mate, Fireman and Multi‑Tasking Staff; 18‑27 years for Junior Office Assistant and Material Assistant.
• Qualification: 10th/12th pass for Tradesman Mate, Fireman, Multi‑Tasking Staff; 12th pass with typing speed 35 wpm for Junior Office Assistant; Bachelor’s degree for Material Assistant.

• Online registration starts: 24 August 2026
• Last date to apply: 22 September 2026
• Written examination (tentative): November 2026
