The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced 655 vacancies for Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer and Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial) positions.

655 vacancies: 135 Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer and 520 Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial).

• Last date to apply: 8 October 2026
• Correction window: 24 September – 13 October 2026
• Written examination: 3 November 2026 (online CBT)

Selection Process

• Written Examination

1. Visit the official MPESB website esb.mp.gov.in.
2. Click on the online application link for the Subedar (Ministerial) Steno & ASI (Ministerial) Selection Exam 2026.
3. Fill in your personal, educational and other details carefully, including your Aadhaar number/Aadhaar VID and permanent body identification marks.
4. Enter the details and number of the photo ID card you will bring to the exam centre.
5. Upload your colour photograph, signature and handwriting sample as per the prescribed specifications.
6. Upload the required documents – 8th/10th/12th marksheet for date of birth, caste certificate, EWS certificate, NCC or other bonus-related certificates.
7. Write and upload the prescribed self‑declaration in your own handwriting.
8. Select four exam city preferences in order of priority.
9. Pay the examination fee through credit card, debit card, net banking or MP Online Kiosk.
10. Submit the form and save the printed application form and payment receipt for future reference.
