RSSB JEN Pay Scale 2026
Selected candidates will be placed at Pay Matrix Level-10 as per the 7th Pay Commission. During the two-year probation period, a fixed monthly remuneration (as notified by the state government) will be paid instead of the regular pay scale, and no additional allowances (HRA, DA, City Compensatory Allowance, Special Pay, etc.) will be admissible during this period.
