Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment 2026, offering 1,748 posts across various Central Government organisations, including Scientific Assistant in the India Meteorological Department.
Vacancies
1748 tentative posts – Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Mechanical, Telecom) and Scientific Assistant (IMD).
Eligibility
Applicants must hold the required engineering degree or diploma for the specific post and meet the age limit of 30 or 32 years (with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen).
