Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) is a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power. It is recruiting 319 Engineer Trainee posts for 2026 through GATE 2026.

• Total: 319 (Electrical 250, Civil 48, Computer Science 21)

Eligibility

• Full‑time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
• Valid GATE 2026 score in the matching paper – EE (Electrical), CE (Civil) or CS (Computer Science).
• Age limit 28 years (with category relaxations as per Govt. of India rules).

• Selection stages: GATE marks, Group Discussion, Personal Interview (dates to be announced).

Selection Process

• GATE 2026 marks – 85%
• Group Discussion – 3%
• Personal Interview – 12%
• Medical examination (post‑selection)

4. Fill in personal, educational and category details.
5. Upload the required documents.

7. Submit the application before 11:59 PM on 18 November 2026.
