Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has opened online applications for 212 direct recruitment posts under Advertisement No. 11/2026. The posts are in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Mines, New Delhi Municipal Council, Government of NCT of Delhi and the Administration of UT of Ladakh.
Vacancies
212 posts in total: 140 Assistant Public Prosecutor, 60 Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (General Medicine), 4 Assistant Professor (Anatomy), 2 Assistant Editor, 1 Specialist Grade II (Anaesthesiology), 1 Specialist Grade II (Pediatrics), 4 Law Officer (UT Ladakh).
Eligibility
Age 30‑50 years (post‑wise). Minimum qualifications: PG medical degree or equivalent for medical posts; Bachelor’s in Journalism or Mass Communication for editorial posts; LL.B. + Bar experience for law posts. Category relaxations apply.

Application Fee

- Recruitment Test (if required) followed by Interview

How to Apply
- Read Advertisement No. 11/2026 and confirm eligibility.
- Register on UPSC portal and complete the Universal Registration Number (URN) profile.
- Fill the Common Application Form (CAF) and post‑specific module.
- Upload required certificates and pay the fee (₹25) if applicable.
- Submit before the closing date and keep a printout for verification.
How to apply
Eligible candidates must apply online at https://upsconline.nic.in from 12 September 2026. Submit the URN profile, Common Application Form (CAF) and the post-specific module with supporting documents.
- Step 1: Read Advertisement No. 11/2026 and confirm vacancy number, qualification, experience, age and category as on the closing date of that post.
- Step 2: Complete / edit the Universal Registration Number (URN) profile and fill the Common Application Form with live photo and signature as required.
- Step 3: Fill the post / vacancy-specific module and upload certificates of DOB, category, qualification and experience as separate PDFs.
- Step 4: Pay ₹25 if fee is applicable and submit before 18:00 hrs on 02.10.2026 (09.10.2026 for the Ladakh Law Officer post).
- Step 5: Keep a print of the submitted application and originals ready for interview / document verification.
