The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the Principal Recruitment 2026 notification for non‑government aided secondary schools across Uttar Pradesh.
Vacancies
Total: 1,475 (1,318 boys’ schools, 157 girls’ schools)
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree with ≥50% marks, NCTE‑recognised B.Ed., and required teaching or headmaster experience. Minimum age 30 years, retirement age 62 years.

Written exam: 7 January 2027
